Tenders are invited for a contract to service our Computers.

The servicing should include the following:-

• Opening the equipment.
• Blowing of dust inside the equipment
• Inspecting the inside of equipment for any disconnections of data cables , power cables etc
• Cleaning of all parts of equipment e.g. monitor CTR
• Cleaning the drives
• Scanning the hard drive , defragmenting , cleaning of corrupt files
• Checking the processor, cooler.
• Checking of the sata hooks if any

Conditions:

• Address TO : The tender committee UTABIBU SACCO
• Non Refundable fee of Ksh 2,000 deposited to our account obtained from the office located on 8th floor East tower
• Tender documents together with deposit slip to be dropped under sealed envelope to 8th floor in the tender box
• Deadline 27th June 2012
• Must be a registered company and submit both VAT registration and office location address

Members of UTABIBU SACCO who are legible will be given first priority
